The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has announced that the 2026 Batch ‘C’ Stream I Orientation Course for eligible Corps Members will commence Wednesday 30th September, and wind up on Tuesday 20th October, 2026.
The Scheme stated that the three week exercise is scheduled to take place in all 36 states of the Federation and the Federal Capital Territory.
Information reaching Abuja Times from the Office of the Director, Information and Public Relations of the Scheme, Ms. Caroline Embu, stated that registration of all Corps Members will begin on Wednesday 30th September and end Friday 2nd October, 2026.
The Swearing-in Ceremony is also to hold on Friday 2nd October, 2026.
In this regards, the Director- General of NYSC, Brigadier Olakunle Nafiu, has enjoined the prospective Corps Members to avoid night journeys and ensure to board vehicles at designated motor parks.
